This is an identity verification and fraud search that matches the Social Security number to the issued name.  It reveals all names and addresses used by the applicant for credit purposes over the past 7 years.  Additional addresses obtained can assist in locating criminal records in a Comprehensive Criminal History check.

This service is specific to the health care field and is a search of the List of Excluded Individuals/Entities to identity those individuals and entities that are prohibited from participating in federally-funded health care programs.
